A blog about building a DIY Lab inexpensively

Here is a great blog that deals with trying to build a DIY lab very inexpensively. In it, Lawrence walks us through each step as he builds his own science lab. Thanks Lawrence!

  1. Thanks for the kind words Eric. I hope my blog will help others (and teachers at schools with little money) build their own labs. As everyone can see, recycling can do wonders. By creating and building your own lab you gain the experience of seeing objects differently than what they are created for. It helps broaden the mind. A skill that is being lost.

I hope others will let me know their ideas and maybe we can create a new amateur scientist type column.

Do you mind if I add your blog link to my blog's useful links section?

  2. Yeah sure! That would be great. And I couldn't agree with you more about resourcefulness. Finding new uses for objects is not only a heck of a lot of fun, but its a creative activity that makes biology more accessible for everyone. Again thanks for the great blog!
